As Fall is upon us, I’m spending more time cuddled indoors admiring the falling leaves, binge-watching Hocus Pocus and experimenting with chili recipes. I’m also working on a new wedding invitation collection which will be out in early 2016. I have learned so many things this year about my business and my style. I’ve learned what brides love and what they don’t. I have also learned how much I love creating wedding invitation suites that are the perfect blend of traditional layouts, soft colors and personalized details. You’ll see much more of these in my new collection plus lots of monogram cards!
This classic gold & script calligraphy invitation was created for a couple in Cincinnati this past Summer. After meeting with Andrea, I knew she would love the traditional details of the Blanton Suite. We decided on a gold and white color palette with accents of grey since their wedding colors were a mix of neutrals. Soft white envelopes addressed by a local calligrapher and custom designed address stamp were the final touches to this beautiful gold suite.
