Custom Invitations Inquiry Form & Consult Call
After receiving your initial inquiry, we’ll send you a detailed form that asks all the key questions about your wedding and invitation needs. Once you’ve submitted the form, we’ll schedule a consultation call to discuss your ideas and begin crafting a personalized vision for your invitations.
Step Three
Design Board & Proposal with 3 Package Options
We’ll curate a custom design board tailored to your wedding theme, colors, and aesthetic. Alongside this, we’ll present you with a proposal offering three different invitation package options, allowing you to choose the one that best suits your style and budget.
Step Four
Contract & Deposit
Once you’ve chosen your package, we’ll finalize the details with a contract that outlines our process and timeline. A deposit will secure your place in our schedule, officially kicking off the design journey.
Step Five
Fun Mail! Welcome Box with Sample Kit
To make the experience even more special, we’ll send you a welcome box filled with a sample kit of invitation papers, envelopes, and printing options. This allows you to feel the quality of our materials firsthand and get excited about the design process.
Step six
Design Call
We’ll hop on a design call to dive deeper into the creative details of your invitations. This is your chance to share any additional ideas or inspirations you have, ensuring that the final design reflects your unique style and wedding theme.

Design Proofing Rounds with Revision Opportunities

Print Approval
After finalizing the design, you’ll give us your print approval to move forward. This step ensures that every detail is perfect before we send your invitations to print.

Printing
Your invitation suites are then sent to our trusted printers, where each piece is produced with care and precision. We oversee the entire printing process to guarantee the highest quality for your special day.
Step Ten
Delivery!
Once printed, your invitations are carefully packaged and either mailed to your guests, shipped directly to you, or made available for local pick-up. We ensure your suites arrive beautifully presented and ready for you to share with loved ones.
Step Eleven
Day-of Stationery Begins
With your invitations complete, we shift focus to your day-of stationery. This includes creating custom pieces like menus, place cards, programs, and signage to match your wedding’s aesthetic and bring your big day to life.
Please find the month of your wedding to refer to our suggested ordering & mailing timeline. Please note that these timelines are based on a mail date of 6-8 weeks prior and a production time of 6 weeks.

ASked Questions
Below are some of our most frequently asked questions, but feel free to schedule a time to chat with me if you have more! Design consults are a great way to get more information on options, pricing, timelines and advice on which suite may be best for your wedding style.
Your wedding invitations should be ordered about 3 – 4 months before your wedding, giving you plenty of time to stamp, seal and mail to your guests. All Collection designs take 4-8 weeks to process depending on printing method and proofing time. Additional time is required for custom design orders (5-6 months from first point of contact to delivery), so make sure you’ve got plenty of time to get all the details perfect.
Save the Dates should be sent about 6 months before your big day. Your invitations should be sent 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding date.
Due to the custom nature of our design and printing processes, invitation suites and other stationery items cannot be rushed at this time.
All orders are shipped via UPS or the best method available. Once shipped, you will receive your pretty package within 3-7 business days. Shipping is included in your price. If you are local, you may pick up your invitations at the MM Design Studio or delivery (within the Cleveland metro area) is available for a flat $50 charge.
Collection pieces include TWO rounds of edits. Most pieces are edited to perfection using the allotted rounds, but if necessary, additional rounds of edits are $50 each. Custom Designed pieces include up to 4 rounds of edits, but I will work with you to get your design perfected as needed.
All suites are printed on your choice of single-ply or double-ply Eggshell paper in Pure White or Soft White. All Letterpress and Foil orders are printed on Savoy Cotton paper in your choice of single-ply or double-ply Pure White or Soft White.
Each wedding is different. We will work together to create something beautiful and uniquely you. Because of the personalized service you receive with the Custom Design option, design fees start at $1000 and includes a custom wedding monogram and brand board. There are endless options for custom invitations. Please contact me for more information on custom invitations.
